Handles Tough Compounds The VersaBuilder® offers the Orbidie™, the advanced twin roller die that processes your freshly extruded rubber at low temperatures and higher output rates.
The VersaBuilder® can build tires from 10” to 38” in bead diameter—everything from small passenger tires to grader and tractor tires.
Accurate Tread Weight Repeatability To ensure a more uniform end product from the mold, VersaBuilder® uses the patented Spin Sync™ system. Spin Sync™ matches tire and ribbon speeds during the wrap to guarantee weight repeatability.
Precision Tread Building VersaBuilder® puts precision tread building at your fingertips. A state-of-the-art microprocessor and program controller direct all major functions—like rubber application and profile build-up.
Hundreds of die size profiles can be stored in the system’s memory. A pre-programmed profile is recalled by simply entering an ID number on the built-in keyboard. Multi-pass rubber build-ups can also be programmed and executed automatically.
Rubber is applied in one continuous splice-free strip. When the prescribed tread profile has been reached, rubber application stop automatically.
Except for loading, unloading and ribbon start, VersaBuilder® is fully automatic.
